Class legal 10 car with clean Idaho title $60,000 OBO New car is coming in January LET'S MAKE A DEAL Possible part trade for chase truck (1 ton, crew cab, 8 foot bed diesel) I purchased this car in January of 2022. The previous owner raced it in about 10 SNORE races after it was completely gone through to finish build. He said he had had a new steering rack installed a couple of races earlier (I have the old one as a spare). He also had the car serviced including the transmission gone through. After I got the car, I installed a new larger clutch, flywheel, and starter. I also installed a new steering pump, rewired the cooling fans with temperature switches and changed all the fluids. All old parts were working so they were retained as spares. I also rebuilt the fuel system as I wanted to add dual fuel pumps in parallel. We then raced the 2022 NORRA 1000 finishing 3rd in class. The next race was a local race in Jackpot Nevada. Rocky Rocky Rocky. We broke the right front spindle so had two nice ones built for the car. To prep for the 2023 NORRA 1000 I rebuilt the shocks, put large calipers on the rear brakes, all hiem joints and changed all the fluids. We had a small roll the first day. The only damage to the car was the roof skin damage and I broke the cast aluminum, brake pedal mount by pushing on it during the “sky ground sky ground” We put back on its wheels and drove to end of stage. After our crew picked us up, we towed to San Felipe and fixed the brake with a steel fabricated part. The car ran great the next 4 days, and we finished 4th in class because of all the penalty points from the first day. This is a good solid car with a direct injection motor, and Mendiola 5 speed sequential transmission. Double two per corner Fox Shocks. Cushion seats. Trans cooler and pump. It would need new belts as they are expired. Nets are also expired but OK for NORRA. I have 14 mounted tires and 4 unmounted rims (see pics). You would have enough good rubber to run a couple 250-mile races as shake down or for testing. I would then buy 6 new tires if you were going to run NORRA 1000. Lots of spares: Axles, boots, hubs, brake caliper, caliper rebuild kits, brake pads, engine sensors, engine fuel pump, throttle pedal, hiem joints 2 tie rods, hoses, cables, clutch, flywheel, starter, steering pump, steering rack, etc., etc., etc. This is a proven finisher, solid car. It won’t have the wheels fall off if you hit something (Like a stock UTV). Call me if you are serious and want more details (208-867-6943). Seats are brand new Mastercraft 3Gs Master craft plus 2 with ratachet belts. All redone wiring under the dash to almost all component. New breaded Hoses front to back, New radiator and overflow reservoir that has been lower 1 foot. New shroud (Scoop) and screens. New total power batteries and trays that were also lowered and moved back one foot. During the build the trucks full cab was added back on the truck so it has its working doors back on! It now also meets the 1450 class rules. This class 8 is as legal as they get full frame front to rear. No notching of the frame. Has just over 20 inches of travel in the front and over 28 in the rear. Truck has a new track track width of just over 93 inches. New wider beams and New rear housing/axels. New 50 inch curved permanate light bar was added to the truck. A New wider Mc Neil body was added to cover the wider stance.
