2016 Subaru WRX Premium F/S or F/T

FOR SALE $26,000

Great gas mileage/MPG. I can easily average 28-30 on the highway and low 20’s around town.
STI short throw shifter
Power everything, keyless entry, heated mirrors & seats, climate control, OE touch screen, SiriusXM w/ USB, Bluetooth, hands free calling, steering wheel controls, home link auto dimming mirror.
Rally Armor Mud Flaps
Full ceramic 5% tint all around
Black 2 Stage Paint on roof by reputable shop w/ receipts
LED lights throughout both interior & exterior
Cobb Accessport w/ Stage 1+ tune (not a performance tune, just MUCH more comfortable to drive by eliminating the annoying stock boost spikes). Car has a very linear power curve now.
Cobb Big SF Cold Air Intake
Hardwired radar detector (no ugly cords hanging across dash). I may throw in the Whistler radar detector too. I don’t remember the model.

All synthetic fluids w/ maintenance records. Subaru recommends oil every 6k, I’ve never gone more than 5k. One adult owner since new, never abused, garaged 90% of its life & under carports or underground parking when parked at work. Interior is 10/10, exterior is 9.5/10. Selling because we no longer commute & have too many vehicles sitting around. It’s a really enjoyable car to drive…fairly economical, reasonably quick, awesome handling, gets a lot of compliments with the black roof.

The car has about 65k miles. Asking 26k, just lowered from 28k.

Some pics wouldn’t upload so please let me know if there’s anything specific you’d like to see.

I may consider trades for a toy hauler (13+’ garage to fit 4 seat SxS and no more than 12k GVWR), 20-23’ ski/wakeboard boat, 18-19‘ jet boat, 18-22’ cat, maybe some other boats…idk, let me know what you have, or a tractor w/ loader and box blade (no sub compact). We may also be able to add cash on either end for the right deal. No major projects please.
