This truck is super clean. I have owned it since 2015. It has been kept in the garage most of its life. The paint is super shiny and like new and the interior is in great condition. It is a Lariat with black leather heated and cooled seats. It has a sunroof, Amp retractable steps with extenders, an air horn and air bags with inside controls, and a goose neck hitch. It has a newer Bakflip and a sprayed in bedliner. The tailgate has a step for easy entry. The lift is adjustable between 9" to 12" as per Imzz Industries. The front is a 4 link suspension with King shocks. The rear has Atlas springs with air bags. The tires are new and are Mickey Thompson Bajas 38x15.5x20s with Fuel 20x12s. This...is a 1986 Lincoln Mark VII LSC (luxury sports coupe). It’s based off a Mustang and shares the same V8 drivetrain. It has been modified for light duty off-road adventures. We’ve taken her all over - Big Bear, Anza Borrego, Mendocino, Lassen National Park, Bishop/Sierra and more. Never misses a beat. With the chunky tires, lift and locker in the rear axle you can get many places a 4x4 can go.

Everything works except the sunroof doesn’t open - cruise control functions, power windows roll up and down, a/c blows cold, keypad unlock works, power trunk mechanism latches securely. I’ve spent 100s of hours doing cosmetic and mechanical work. You will be the only one rolling down the street with a cheetah print headliner and fuzzy package tray.

Is this car perfect…nope. But you aren’t either. Might as well drive something whose redeeming qualities outshine her flaws (just like you). Life’s too short for boring cars. Short list of issues include:
-lots of cosmetic character (inside and out)
-ABS light is on (ABS still works fine)
-drips a few drops of oil overnight (never had to add any between changes)
-slight wobble between 40-60 mph (prolly needs tires, they were run 4k miles before steering rack replaced)

4wd manual 2000 4 runner with solo Motorsports xlt long travel in front and sequoia disk brake axle swapped rear converted to deavers leaf springs. Suspension work mostly professionally done by lafortune racing. Upgraded larger disk in front. King shocks, 3 tube bypass, and hydraulic bump stops in the front and radflo smooth body with king bump stops in the rear. On 35’s and methods with no rubbing. Geared 4.88 with arb air locker in the rear and limited slip in the front with manual locking hubs. High output billet alternator, 12k lb winch in hybrid tube bumper, air compressor under the hood. Savage steel skid plates. Steel Rear bumper with swing out tire carrier, table, led light, and 2 open top steel boxes, one sized for 4 one gallon bottles for oil etc, and one sized for 4 Jerry cans plus a tool box. Tube steel rock sliders. CB and VHF radios as well as a PA but the speaker for that pa broke off somewhere in Baja. Projector headlights in oem housing. A bypass oil filter is installed inside the frame increasing oil capacity and life. Parts included but not installed - bomb proof motor mounts, trans mount, and a magnussen super charger with aluminum pulleys, tensioner, fuel pump, crank pulley, computers,7th injector kit, the first 6 of the injectors are already installed. 200k miles. Good compression, passes smog, registered, starts and runs strong and is still driven often. It does not have a washer fluid reservoir because that space was needed for wheel travel. Some of the footwell was cut and tig welded to make room for wheel travel. Interior is mostly oem but not in bad shape other than plastic panels being loose. The paint is worst on the roof but not rusted anywhere. The fiberglass fenders and hood were repainted to color matched by me but my air compressor blew a hard line while spraying clear and it came out very textured but be real here it’s got bed liner down the sides and shows the expected wear from thousands of miles off road and 25 years of use. I’ve completed 2 amateur rally’s from la to Cabo and back for around 5,000 miles of off roading in Baja as well as lots of time around Southern California. Took second place in one of the rally’s, the Baja 5000. The thing has only had one breakdown after all the suspension work was done and it was the oem motor mounts breaking so it currently has some hand made motor mounts courtesy of a mechanic in San Quintin B.C. Pulls my motorcycle trailer just fine around so cal. Sale can include some Offroad supplies like snatch straps and pulleys. I’m selling because I’ve recently had two children and changed to a more demanding career so the 4Runner doesn’t get used and probably won’t for a long time.
