2006 Freightliner Toter Home 40' (Semi) and 2005 Renegade Trailer 40', Total length is approximately 77' total, low miles a little over 100K. Trailer upper deck for parking is 36', lower deck is 21' for parking. Mercedes powered with automatic Eaton transmission sleeps 9. There are 4 bunkbeds in the back pull out couch for 2, over the cab sleeps 3 kitchen table fold down into a bed with room for 2 kids or 1 adult. Living room slides out, multiple DVD TVs throughout. Large Onan generator everything is working as it should. We had every single electronic transmission shifting component replaced 2 years ago. The front tires are brand new, super heavy duty, the best tires, brakes, steering, and everything else has been gone through and inspected all in excellent condition. Maintenance is done on a regular basis at Freightliner. We had the roof on truck and trailer resealed about a year ago. The drive tires are not brand new, but have a lot of life in them, the truck and trailer are wrapped black and white underneath. Truck and trailer are always kept indoors at a full-service storage facility, incredible rig. It has a super wide door, and we can put 2 trophy trucks inside along with a Polaris Razor and a golf cart. This is not a typical stacker and too difficult to explain by text. All the trailer tires are brand new. We also made sure everything was in alignment. The brakes and bearings have also been inspected and are in perfect condition. The trailer also has its own massive generator. It has air conditioning and heat, there's a built-in air compressor, it has an observation deck on top with railings. It has two automatic rollout awnings; it also has a massive canopy tent that you can hook to the side for entertainment or simply for a large work area to keep everything out of the weather. The trailer has a built-in fuel tank with hose reel. Approximate 100 gallons and has a fresh water holding tank with pump and exterior garden spicket for washing off your toys or if you managed to run out of water in the semi it's nice to know you have extra water on hand.
