PSR is a rapidly growing aftermarket suspension and 4x4 accessories company. PSR manufacture and retail tailored suspension systems and niche 4x4 components for those that want the best!

You will manage social media channels, plan content calendars, content development, scheduling and posting. You will be tasked with attending offroad and track racing events for the PSR race team to gather videos and images for creating engaging content. Flexible working hours are a must to attend racing events that involve the weekend.

Responsibilities

Research and develop content ideas that align with marketing and sales goals.
Write, edit, and produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for both PSR and the PSR race team.
Coordinate the production process from pre-production through post-production, ensuring high-quality output.
Manage website updates, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.

Skills Needed

Creativity, hard work, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and dedication are a must.
Experience in content conception and understanding where the content will fit within the brand objectives for PSR.
Experience in photography and videography and post-production for the digital and social space.
Design execution for social and digital outputs.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

PSR is an after market suspension overlanding and 4x4 accessories company, focusing on quality design and manufacturing in the USA. PSR is opening a new Utah operation in Hurricane, Utah and requires a driven sales professional or mechanic looking to get off the tools with interest and experience in after market suspension and 4x4 components.

PSR manufacture and retail tailored suspension systems and niche 4x4 components to the public and automotive business. We are looking for that passionate individual who can sell to our customers and is driven by the new and unique solutions that PSR offers.

Qualifications & experience

Knowledge of suspension systems with detailed experience of 4WD suspension.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident and respectful phone manner.
Computer skills, including basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Experience in working in a fast paced environment.
Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
Passion for the automotive after market industry.

Tasks & responsibilities
Providing top tier customer service to new and existing PSR customers.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed the customers expectations.
The ability to provide effective solutions for the customers needs.
Assisting in social media content and responding to customers via multiple platforms.
Invoicing and processing payments.
General administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Race Prep: Ability to provide full race prep for UTV's and full size race vehicles.
MUST be able to contact references and show 3 + years’ experience working within the race industry.

Qualifications:

*Proficient in all facets of UTV PREP with extreme attention to detail. Fabrication, electrical, CAD, engine, drivetrain, sheet metal, shock tuning a plus.
* Navigation skills using GPS, maps, race notes.
* Proficient in chase support and pit crew logistics.
* Physically fit.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*Desire to work within a team and do what is necessary to win.
* Must be flexible in the role and be able to provide support and work within an automotive business. This includes but not limited to Installation of product for customers cars, workshop assistance in other areas. The role is prep and race based but at times will be required to work in other departments.
Role is salary based and range depends on experience. Starting at 80K PA
