Are you passionate about offroad racing? Do you have the skills and stamina to assist in race prep or co-pilot as a navigator in some of the toughest terrains? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and take on the adrenaline-pumping challenge of offroad racing!

Key Responsibilities:
* Race Prep: Ability to provide full race prep for UTV's. Experience with other race vehicles advantageous. (Must be able to show references / experience].

* Must be flexible in the role and be able to provide support and work within the business. This includes but not limited to Installation of automotive product, workshop assistance.

Qualifications:
*Proficient in all facets of PREP with extreme attention to detail. Fabrication, electrical, CAD, engine, drivetrain, sheet metal, shock tuning a plus.

* Suitable candidate must be experienced and have the desire to navigate in both USA and Mexican desert races and be passionate in the roll with a desire to win. There will also be support required for various other motorsport events.

* Navigation skills using GPS, maps, race notes.

* Proficient in pre running and chase support.

* Physically fit and able to navigate longer events.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
