We are a performance and restoration shop based in Buena Vista, Colorado which is a small town in the central mountains of the state. We specialize in engine conversions, restorations, suspension build/installs, and general performance accessory installation. Our business is growing quickly and we are seeking an experienced mechanic/fabricator to join our team. Duties can include:

Mechanic Services: Axle/suspension rebuilds, engine diagnosis/repair, custom engine conversions (primarily LS and diesel swaps), associated custom wiring and plumbing, 12V electrical accessory installs, off road vehicle inspection and preparation

Fabrication: Custom suspension links/mounts, body/sheet metal repair and fabrication including rust repair (pending qualifications), general steel and aluminum bracketry and mounts, custom exhaust systems, custom bumpers, tube bending, etc.

Experience in MIG welding strongly preferred (TIG welding is a plus ). General knowledge of fabrication tools, techniques and methods. Mechanical experience with engine conversions, custom wiring/plumbing, etc strongly preferred. We expect you to bring your own hand tools and have a valid driver’s license. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
