DCB Performance Marine has moved and expanded our facility and we are looking to hire professional and experienced candidates in multiple departments.

Fiberglass/Carbon Fiber Lamination Tech-
Work with other professionally experienced lamination techs to cut fiberglass/carbon fiber materials, foam core materials placing each layer strategically into a mold, then infuse components with liquid resin via vacuum infusion to make each part.

Work environment is modern, clean, air-conditioned shop with high-tech molding technologies and equipment. Overtime occasionally available.

Candidates must be punctual and reliable, able to lift 50 lbs and report to work daily. Required to be able to work on a team, be self-motivated and strive for quality results.

Bodywork/Color Sanding-

Work with other professionally experienced color sanding techs to block sand boat hulls after coming directly out of our custom molds, flattening any imperfections out and incrementally sanding with finer grits until the end result is a mirror finish.

Work environment is modern, clean, air-conditioned shop with high-tech molding technologies and equipment. Overtime occasionally available.

Candidates must be punctual and reliable, able to lift 50 lbs and report to work daily. Required to be able to work on a team, be self-motivated and strive for quality results. Auto body experience helpful but not necessary.

Rigging-
Work with other professionally experienced riggers to wire, cut, drill, and assemble high performance custom boats with the finest attention to detail in the industry.

Work environment is modern, clean, air-conditioned, with high tech equipment. Overtime occasionally available.

Candidates must be punctual and reliable, able to lift 50 lbs and report to work daily. Required to be able to work on a team, be self-motivated and strive for quality results.
