Limited Buggy Chassis and Parts - at KOH

ID# 184618Posted Feb 04
FOR SALE $3,900
Limited Buggy

Project Vehicles-184618

Limited/Single Buggy 1600 - Chassis is a 4130 Tig welded buggy with many extra parts. Originally paid $6500 to build the car ($5000 in 4130 and labor and $1500 in torsion housings - Lothringer), so it is a great deal with all the other parts which cost an extra $1000. This car is designed with the rear shocks inside the frame. The 3rd picture show what the completed car would look like and took 1st and 2nd (Joe Laff) at the GAS Series RD7 and RD8 in 2022. This is a very competitive chassis.

‘94 Ranger Project

ID# 195452Posted Jan 09
FOR SALE $9,000
1994 Ford Ranger

Project Vehicles-195452

Selling my 1994 Ranger, started as a project for my father and I. Life happened and neither of us have the time to complete it, sadly. Truck has been sitting in my dad’s backyard for several years now, some of the paint on the bedsides have faded from the harsh AZ sun and the exposed metal has surface rust. Be ready to tow it if you want to purchase, it does not have its front shocks installed, it’s sitting on some tubing between the beams and frame. Not sure if it starts or runs truthfully, but there’s a Chevy 4.8l V8 included that we were going to swap in. It currently has the stock 4.0l V6, 5-speed manual transmission, extended cab, 2WD.

There’s quite a bit we have already done to the truck plus more that were purchased but never got to be installed. I’ll do my best to remember everything.

- Threat Motorsports 6” over equal length beams
- Threat Motorsports swing steering
- Threat Motorsports extended radius arms
- 35” general grabbers
- 4.56 gear ratio (stock engine could chirp the 35’s)
- Deaver leaf springs and shackles
- King smoothies on the rear
- 20 gal fuel cell
- Headers for the V6
- x3 10” LightForce HID off-road lights
- DOM front bumper plus skid plate
- DOM rear bed cage
- HID headlights
- Aftermarket gauge cluster
- Upgraded speakers
- Fiberglass flared fenders and bedsides
There’s probably a thing or two I’m missing here.

Included but not installed:
- Chevy 4.8l V8 engine
- Turbo 400 tranny
- x2 14” King Coilovers w/ remote reservoir
- x2 Fox 2.0 bump stops
- Polyurethane body mount kit

Asking $9000 OBO
Title is clean, not that it means too much for a project like this. I’d consider a trade for a crew cab Silverado 1500 or F150 with like 175k miles or less.
Feel free to reach out with any questions. The truck is still available if the ad is still up.

1985 Toyota Land Cruiser fj60 project

ID# 195303Posted Jan 04
FOR SALE $19,500
1985 Toyota Land Cruiser

Project Vehicles-195303

1985 fj60 project vehicle. I was working on it at a shop for a while but was no longer able to work on it there, and haven't made much progress on it since, so I have decided to move on.

6.5 turbo diesel that has been converted to mechanical injection. Engine is in, but that's it. The water pump froze because it was sitting for a while, replaced the pump, and as you can see in one of the pictures it looks great inside.
Title says diesel, so all the paperwork is done
700r4 transmission and transfer case were rebuilt and are in.
Driveshaft lengths need to be adjusted.
217k on the odometer, but all mileage was pre restoration work

Body was completely removed from the frame, frame and axles were stripped, prepped and painted with a heavy duty frame paint. Undercarriage was sprayed with a rubberized coating.
Body is essentially rust free except for a few scrapes that can easily be fixed when it gets painted.

OME lift kit
Manafre Shackle reversal in front
With the reversal we went a little bigger with the lift, so the shocks that came with the lift kit are now too short. Rear is ready for shocks, front shock mounts are removed and ready for a new mount to be made once a shock for the front is chosen.
35" tires, also have stock rims/tires
Rear disk brake conversion kit, not installed
New front seats, stock rear bench seat.
Headliner/carpet have been removed but can be reinstalled.
In cab roll cage
There are a ton of other new parts, even all the little decal and trim parts.
I'd say 95+% of the parts are here, just need to be put together.

Located in San Marcos

1970 Volkswagen  Beetle

Project Vehicles-196256

I have a 1970 Beetle/Baja Bug/Class 11 pan for sale. It had just started being converted to a Baja bug so the front pan head was cut off and the rear shock towers were cut a little to make room for bigger off-road shocks. The floor pans have some patches but otherwise it is pretty solid. No major rust problems.

I don’t have a title for it and it has $800 of back fees owed on it.

Text me if you have any questions or want me to send you some more detailed pictures.

Cash only.
No scammers please.
I do not need help selling this pan.

55 COE Cummings Project

ID# 195953Posted Jan 23

FOR SALE $20,000
1955 GMC COE

Project Vehicles-195953

This is my 1955 GMC COE project truck. Bought this as a runner. The truck was up and running when I purchased it six years ago. So far I have a complete ready-to-drop in 2007 cummings engine and trans (includes ECU and harness). Came out of a wrecked 3500 with 60K. Also, have a 2015 GMC rolling chassis. Selling everything as a unit, I am $20,000 in parts and truck. Hate to get rid of a truck, this was my dream project, was planning on doing a tow truck or flatbed but life stuff has come up and forced me to sell. Can send more pictures of the motor and frame upon request. The truck has been in California and is rust-free.
