2.47 acres rural desert. No power,water or anything near. Great to clear out some bushes and set up camp away from everyone but close enough to Slash X and the OHV area. Graded dirt road most of the way to land but not sure you can get all the way to land on graded roads. I havent tried I went down the powerline road and crossed about 50 feet to another road and took me right to land. I have had for a few years but have another one I set up for camping elsewhere.
Land shows tax lien and I have letter from SB County showing that is no longer due and will drop off in time. It was bought in tax sale as a result of the lien on the previous owner.
