Baja 500 Copilot/ Navigator available

ID# 153040Posted May 03

I'm available for this years Baja 500 if you are in need of or ever wanted to try a experienced navigator. I am a veteran navigator that has experience in TT, Class 1, Class 10, Class 12, Spec TT, UTV and other classes. I have been on various championship winning teams over the years. I consider my self one of the top navigators and I do my system different and more detail than others. In my prerun I mark every single turn what it is so we dont guess on race day. In the straight sections I have a pace note every 3-4 seconds. I also mark every rock that could possible give us a flat. Of course all the dangers and multiple level of checkups. Im also a good line hunter and to find those creative lines..

San Felipe 250 I had over 6,000 notes.. With good notes you can make a fast race pace with out pushing your car.. Most navigators just mark dangers and maybe some fast sections. Look at your old race files and check what info your navigator saves.. See how much info he is saving.

Lot of car owners are to busy to do a lot of good prerunning I can go alone and do all the homework then we can come back and hit a fast lap and show you whats important to remember.

For Hire ..BITD SCORE Experienced copilot and navigation training.

ID# 152666Posted Apr 23

I am a experienced navigator that loves to race anything. If you never raced with a good navigator you dont know what your missing. I have been on multiple teams that we have won several championships. Last championship was 2016 Score class 1 champions. I am a former driver so I know what the diver is thinking. I feel the way I make my notes are 5 to 10 times more accurate than the top teams out there now. I have been a team manager in the past but not looking for that, I can offer ideas and support to your team manager. I want to focus just on a good prerun and race its self. I have also done all the logistics for many years and can help with that.

I can be very useful also in BITD races where you get one prerun lap. Or where we can run sportsman class the day before or i the morning. Like the Mint 400 In one lap I can mark the course 90% perfect. BITD has some of the biggest high speed crashes and its because of the lack of or limited preruning.

I have good experience with all things Lowrance, Lead Nav, SatCom, Iridium Go tied to Leadnav, Sat phone texting and updating, Google map inlays. I can also help with good informed pit books.

I constantly go out and practice new and better ways to make notes to give the driver accurate information every few seconds.

I am an american that has lived in Mexico for 13 years so I have a good knowledge and experience with all things mexico like permits, visas, border crossings, Insurance, lawyers, where its safe and where its not.

Not looking for a joy ride. I want to win and I know really good detailed notes with the best lines on a good prerun will help any driver go faster and safer. Example of my notes for San Felipe 250 I had over 3,000 waypoints and spent two weeks pre running.

I can teach your team all that I know in navigation and how to effectively make notes.

If your a busy person I can go prerun for you mark the course and find all the best line. Then you can come back and do a fast lap to understand what I marked.
