Heather ,fridge, oven,microwave, generator works and runs solid
A/c works needs to be recharged to be at 100% for the summer. Current registration payed till next year

71 inches under bunk beds. 71 inches between slide and Fender
17’6” to cabinet.

The bad
Walls are sagging so the slide has a problem coming back in and needs help
Needs 2 new 6volt batteries
Generator needs plug’s wires filters oil a good tuneup runs fine but it’s time for it
Water system is good. Has a leak on the tank on the bottom and needs a new street90 at the bottom of the tank to fix
Has a fuel station in the rear. needs the pump rebuilt or a new one
Needs a new fill hose for tank as we’ll has a small crack and has a slow leak.
