Runs and drives, check engine light on, I have all the smog stuff and it passed, good til aug 2024 reg, no a/c but I have all the lines. Have but not installed: 3.0 18” shocks for the rear, the bms 2.5 race hubs with the 3 bolt snout (need aftermarket brakes), 2.0x4" bumps for rear, rear weld-on shock-mounts (lengner) for rear axle. The fuse box and coolant reservoir need permanent mounting. Have a new set of u-bolts. I have a set of 2.0x2" fox bumps for the front. I have some different upper springs for the coilovers that I think will be perfect for travel if it keeps an LS engine. Have a bunch of new uniballs installed and some new in a box for the front kit, have used limit straps for front.

(6) 17x9 method bead locks with (4) 37x12.50 bfg’s (2 at 80%, 2 at 50%) with a toyo mt spare. one wheel reamed out for 5/8 studs. Trailer products front glass, rear frame notched, stock axle trussed, tubes welded to housing, rear rebuilt and has 4.56 gears and aftermarket diff cover. Rear is converted to spring under with atlas leaf springs, have two more leaves to put in to adjust the height. Front and rear leaf spring hangers are tig-welded, shackles are tig welded. Front long travel is camburg gen 1. Front frame is plated with the open air motorsports plates, and the shock mounts/upper control arm mounts are t.e. The front passenger upper control arm mount needs cut off and re aligned. front shocks are fox 8x2.5 inch coilovers. I cut the rear fenders and cut the bed for the notch. Battery relocated to bed, and has optima red top, but I think it's smoked. It starts and runs after jump. Jack mount in bed with harbor freight jack. spare tire cover and a big ass lock. Has an engine cross brace that connects the te shock towers. ABS is deleted and the lines have been replaced with steel, and steel braided flex.

Truck has been my personal vehicle and I had always dreamed of doing this to it. Made it I feel about 80% of the way and I am moving now, and ready to cut my losses. All fab work done by me. I am a master certified mechanic and a novice fabricator. The plan was to get a bed cage, then button up the rest of it. Engine has 300k miles on it. Leaks a little oil from the pan gasket.

I may have missed some things. I have a box of factory parts to go with it, brake pads front and rear, front hubs, oil pan gasket etc. You could drive it across town on side streets as it does fine in first and second gear but third gear slips. I put a new fuel pump in it and it needs the tank pressure sensor replaced. When the trans was healthy the thing would do 100mph no problem with no shimmies, and I made sure the drive-line angles were just right. I ran some larger battery cables. This truck has good bones.
