this car was fully restored by Mr Rory Ward in 2015. since then has won a few NORRA 1000's and two Mint 400's. The car is very fast, handles awesome and is very reliable.
It has a 2.8 Porsche type four motor with dual 44 webers, MSD ignition, and a Paterson dry sump. Tans is a 091 bus box just rebuilt in Aug. of 21'. Also just rebuilt all shocks and replaced bushings on trailing arms.
front suspension consist of four fox coilovers, CNC hubs and calipers, Fodrill arms and spindles. Howe power steering with a Saco rack. rear suspension consist of Sway-a-way 300 mm torsion bars with adjuster, four fox emulsions and four fox resevior shocks, Summers brother outboard hubs, Jamar calipers, TCS axels. Jamar shifter/ turning brake, new tires, 30 gallon Harmon fuel cell and a lot of other goodies plus alot of extra parts new and old. It was in 2016 Jan. issue of Hot VW's magazine and in the Score Journal. title in hand green sticker registration is current. The car ready to race needs nothing.
