Perfect set up for a race team that wants a beautiful large tent to wrench under. Tent is 12x20’ and can be set up in 20 minutes with 2 people. Trailer is 8.5’ with 96’ door opening, 22’ long. Tent is stored on top of trailer and also comes with the exact same tent but 20x20’ . The 20’ tent is missing a piece of the tent unfortunately but the company that made tent had their company info on the tent so I’m sure you could have them make the missing part if you wanted to use the 20’ tent.

The second level can be adjusted up or down to suite your needs. This trailer will fit 2 2 seat Utv, s on bottom and multiple quads on second story.

I uploaded pics of the upper and lower level height where it’s currently set. Top is 45” and bottom is 79”. This level can be lowered 8” and 16”. Door opening is 96”
