I have a 5 acre piece of land in AZ. Located 1 hour East of Yuma, AZ. 1.5 hours West of Phoenix area. 2 miles South of Interstate 8. Car access-graded road. I also have an 80 acre piece with campsites and a shooting range a half mile away. I built the 5 acre to take friends and family camping while using the 80 acre area. Also a nice bugout location if need be. I recently purchased a house near by. So now we go enjoy the 80 acre area and stay at the house not at the container. Im torn on selling it or trying to rent it out on Hipcamp or something similar. Figured I'd post it up here see if anyone might be interested. Details are a 5 acre corner lot with a clean title. I put a 6' chain link fence 1100' around the South section which made it about 1.75 acres fenced. Smaller fenced area inside with an in ground bunker and cement slab. It still has about 2 acres to the North of the container which I had thought about putting some RV pads in with a septic tank. I had the container built out and dropped off our there. It has a 15' garage, 15' living room and 10' bedroom both insulated. Shade structure and small cement slab. Very comfortable and weather proof camping. Decorative rock roadway and walk path. Cement fire pit. Well built horseshoe pit. A few small trees currently around the property. Property is very clean and thought out. I use a generator and haul water currently. Property is off-grid but power is fairly close by and well water is an option. A neighbor just punched a well at the beginning of the year. I have lots of pictures and can answer any questions. Hunting, shooting, star gazing, camp rental, off-grid, bugout, investment, off road, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, possibilities are endless. Looking for $58k cash deal or open to trades. I'm out in that area about every 2 weeks. I can provide treated city water and firewood for the right deal. Specifically looking for a 5 ton military truck ideally bobbed, small to medium sized 4wd tractor, Polaris Ranger, 4wd quads or similar type stuff I can use at my other properties out there.
