Hello,

It's fairly clean. Outside and inside always detailed after each use. The toy hauler was garaged kept most of it's life, about two years stored outside. This is definitely one of the lighter toy haulers out there and half-ton towable.
Onan 4000 generator works great, few hundred hours as I primarily use my Honda standalone generator.
A few other details:
- New 12V battery
- New Goodyear Endurance tires, less than 500 miles.
- Trailer wheel bearings recently greased. Good for another 2 years depending on usage.
- New fuel pump for the fuel station
- Awning replaced one year ago
- Sleeping - drop down queen mattress, bench seats folds into bed, and queen bed in the master bedroom. 6-8 comfortably.

I currently use this to tow my YXZ1000R and family out to the desert. It will hold most 2 seater side by side - cargo 14ft. Everything is in working order and you're able to camp the day you pick it up!
