Roll Cage & Interior:
Complete Roll Cage: The truck features a fully integrated roll cage, running from the front all the way to the rear, constructed from 2-inch main tubes for maximum protection and strength.
Interior Sound Deadening: The interior is designed for comfort and noise reduction, with a premium suede headliner and some of the roll cage tubes wrapped in sound-deadening material.
Seating & Console: The truck is outfitted with a custom three-seat setup. The center console is shortened from the factory design, maximizing space while retaining functionality.
Electronics & Communications: Dual Lowrance and dual radio setups are integrated for clear communication, paired with three headsets. The vehicle also includes a PCI Pro Elite four-link system for race-quality data acquisition and communication.
Lighting & Audio: Custom interior lighting enhances visibility, and an upgraded stereo system with a subwoofer adds comfort during long rides.
Fire Safety & Tools: The interior has ample storage space for extra parts, tools, and fire extinguishers, ensuring the truck is ready for any emergency.
Special Features: The vehicle is equipped with a Willwood turning brake system, a killer siren, and custom hydraulic trunk that lifts on a switch, providing easy access to rear compartments.
Rear Suspension & Drivetrain:
Suspension: The rear is fitted with a four-link suspension system for superior handling and articulation. It utilizes 2.5-16-inch coilovers and 18-inch 3.5-5 tube bypass shocks, both of which were recently serviced by KDM.
Rear End: The rear end is a Curry Full Floater housing high-end performance components. It features spline gears and an EWR 3rd member with upgraded gears for superior durability and performance.
Fuel & Accessories: Behind the cab mounts, the rear of the truck is equipped with a 65-gallon Harmon fuel cell, transmission coolers, dual spare tires, a rear bumper with a hidden jack, and additional storage for parts and tools.
Performance & Powertrain:
Engine: Powering the truck is a Livernois 6.6L Stroker Engine with all-forged internals, including a forged crank, rods, pistons, and Stage II heads. The engine is boosted by a Whipple 2.9L supercharger, delivering tremendous horsepower and torque for off-road dominance.
Cooling System: The truck features an extra-large radiator paired with dual electric fans, ensuring optimal engine temperatures even in the most extreme conditions.
Power Steering: The truck is equipped with Howe power steering, providing responsive handling and control over rough terrain.
Alternator: A custom 400-amp alternator is fitted to handle the electrical demands of the truck, especially during long trips or when using high-power accessories.
Braking & Wheels:
Brakes: Stopping power is provided by oversized 6-piston Alcon brakes up front and Wilwood brakes in the rear, offering exceptional braking performance in demanding off-road conditions.
Wheels & Tires: The truck rolls on new Race Line wheels (six in total) wrapped in new 39-inch BFG Project tires (six tires), providing a solid foundation for tackling rough terrains.
Front Suspension & Lighting:
Front Suspension: The truck features a BMS Long Travel Front Suspension System, designed for approximately 17.5 inches of wheel travel. It utilizes 3.0-3-inch tube bypass shocks and 2.5-inch coilovers, both of which were recently rebuilt by KDM Shocks to ensure peak performance and durability.
Front Lighting: The truck is equipped with a comprehensive lighting system for maximum visibility in all conditions. The setup includes:
Two XL 80 Baja Designs lights
Two Pro Baja Designs lights
Onyx Plus Baja Designs light bar mounted behind the grille
Onyx Plus Amber light mounted below the grille
Exterior & Body:
Fiberglass Front Clip: The truck has a one-piece, fiberglass front clip that is pinned for easy removal and maintenance, reducing overall weight and enhancing performance.
