Never thought I’d be listing this truck for sale, but times have changed and I’m moving a different direction with my vehicles. I’ve owned this truck for the last 17 years and just over 100k miles. It has been the best and most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned and has been with me and my family on amazing adventures and only left me stranded once (16 years ago, stock lift pump went out). It is simply time to move on.

This is a very special truck and I guarantee you will NOT find another one like it anywhere. It has been meticulously maintained with significant performance upgrades and is built to be a swiss army knife. Tow heavy..yep, it can do that. Offroad…yep that too. Overland…uh huh. Road trips, no problem. Hunting rig, absolutely. I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in this truck tomorrow, hitch up 15k lbs and tow anywhere in the country.

Will try to capture all the upgrades and modifications, but likely will miss some. I’ve done the majority of work myself with the exception of a couple items.

MECHANICAL & FUEL SYSTEM
-GDP intake manifold
-AFE PG7 Intake
-PDI 2 piece exhaust manifold
-HTB2 62/65/14 turbo and upgraded silicone intercooler hoses
-TST PowerMax CR49 box
-MBRP 4”exhaust, no cat, turbo back (no drone!)

-GDP MK2 remote fuel filter (2 micron filtration)
-Amsoil EaBP 100 oil bypass filtration
-Pacbrake PRXB exhaust brake and air compressor
-Titan 60 gallon fuel tank (fits under cab in stock location)

I built this system to be reliable, have more power, keep EGT’s low when towing and spool quickly. It does all that and then some. At it’s highest setting it’s done 450/1000 at the rear wheels on the dyno. It’s never had the CP3 pressure turned up. Never been raced or done sled pulls. Always have run Amsoil fluids in the ENTIRE truck. The additional fuel and oil filtration is key and has kept the engine happy and in great performance. Exhaust brake is awesome and makes towing anything on any grade easy, plus you get on board air! Larger fuel tank was just added 3 years ago and make road trips or back country exploring easy.

TRANSMISSION
-South Bend Clutch 3250-6 dual disc clutch
-South Bend Clutch upgraded master and slave cylinders
-Genos garage transmission cooler and filter

Clutch holds the power great. Dual disc is a little noisy but worth the performance. Clutch and throwout bearing were replaced less than 4 years ago. LOVE the 6 speed and the NV5600 is the ONE to have. Manual shift transfer case works flawless as well.

AXLES, SUSPENSION & BRAKES

FRONT
-Thuren 3” soft ride coils
-Thuren tuned 2.0 Fox remote reservoir shocks

-Daystar airbag cradles (lets you have long travel air bags to maximize suspension travel but still allow you to use air bags)
-Ruffstuff diff cover (BEEF, 3/8” steel plate)
-Power strop pads and rotors

This system is purely amazing. Thuren makes top notch stuff and their shock tuning was spot on. From towing heavy (10-15k bumper pull trailers), hauling heavy (long bed full of gravel) to offroading while hunting, to having fun in the desert, to daily driving. This system just works and is SUPER comfortable for a 8000lb+ truck. Entire system was installed in 2018. Brakes are same age and have plenty of life left.

STEERING
-Redhead Steering box and HD pitman arm
-PSC Hydraulic assist ram
-2008-2013 HD ram drag link upgrade kit

This system tightened up the steering and is now super responsive, tracks great and the hydro assist steering is amazing. Slow speed turns, backing up trailers or anything offroad is an ease and moves the 35” tires with no problem. All parts installed new in 2018.

EXTERIOR
-Entire truck was professionally repainted December of 2022
-Chassis unlimited front bumper with LED lights and Smittybuilt X20 15.5k winch and controller
-Front fenders, grill and head lights swapped to 2006 style (MUCH better lighting from the 2006+ headlights…plus they just look better)
-Painted rear bumper with LED lights cut into bumper
-Tinted windows
-New headlights and taillight assemblies installed December of 2022 (old ones were sun worn)
-Bed liner bed and lower quarter panels
-Flush mount truck bed box
-Air horn plumbed into onboard air
-Torklift D1102 super hitch (17k rated hitch!)

Original Dodge paint was peeling and faded and needed to be redone. Body isn’t perfect and there are some minor imperfections from being used over 20 years but no rust and paint is perfect. Bumper and winch were installed in 2018 and look and function amazing.

INTERIOR
-Power front driver seat
-AC and heat work great
-All seats are in great shape
-Weathertech floor mats
-Kenwood Bluetooth deck, amp (400w?, can’t remember), Kicker 12” sub under rear seat in box with kicker door speakers. System sounds great
-EGT, Boost, lift pump pressure and rail pressure gauges
-Console vault lockable vault under middle front seat
-Dash mat
-Prodigy P2 brake controller

Interior is functional and in good shape for a 20 year truck. Carpet and padding was replaced 4 years ago. Stereo sounds great, has Bluetooth and hands free. Gauges are a life saver and driving by EGT and RPM is the best way to tow!

WHEELS & TIRES
-17” Vision Nemesis wheels
-35x12.5x17 Toyo Open Country M/T, load range E

Tires installed new late 2022 and have maybe 6k miles on them. Wheels are in great shape, one is missing a center cap. Have a full size spare and a stock spare.

All spare parts (belts, manuals, whatever else I can find…likely a decent amount) will come with the rig. If my full asking price is met I'll throw in a full tank (60gallons!) of diesel. I have 2 key fobs. Idaho title in hand in my name. To my knowledge (and certainly in the 17 years I’ve owned it) it’s never been in an accident and never has towed a gooseneck or 5er.

This truck has top shelf everything, is dialed for anything you can throw at it and needs nothing but someone else to love it for another 17 years. These trucks are getting very hard to find and are virtually impossible to find with this low of miles and certainly with these mods. Truck has not been my daily driver for nearly 16 years and has only been used to tow/haul, explore, camp, hunt and driven on weekends and occasional work commutes. Hence why less than 6k yearly average miles.
