2002 ford sohc v6 4.0l with 0 miles on it, and c3 transmission (5R55E). The engine is a brand new long block from summit auto (ZERO MILES), the transmission has a little over a 100k miles on it, it had no issues shifting before I pulled it out to replace the engine. The only things not on this drive train are an ac compressor and radiator fan. It has a throttle body spacer, k&n intake, brand new starter, and exhaust is included from headers to just aft of the cat, O2 sensors aswell. This is a ready to drop in engine trans combination, no low ball offers and no trades. I will not ship this or deliver it, local pick up only.
