01 F-550 Super Duty Off Grid Van Life Bug Out Boondock
This truck/camper combo was built to be used and enjoyed on the road and off. Mechanically, this rig is sound; we’ve addressed the critical mechanical elements to ease our minds when heading off road. We built this combo to have a rugged, purposeful and stealthy exterior. The F550 chassis was chosen because it is well-rated for this application. We chose the 7.3L Diesel because it is known for its dependability and reliability; these are million-mile motors. The Lance 1130 is much larger than any other unit in its category. The storage boxes and camper are all situated as low as possible on the chassis to enhance stability and maximize all possible storage. The camper interior was renovated to be clean and inviting; the equipment is operational and the cabin water-tight. Overall, this is a sturdy and over-built overlander to support life on the move.
