1999 Forest River Salem, permanently affixed to trailer. Retains all factory connections and functions. 30 amp plug. Four big tool boxes with locks, two on each side. Two more toolboxes, one at the front of the deck and second between the jacks. Manual jacks, however I had a winch motor for an electric jack and it's wired for it but it just quit on me.

AC and Heat, fold down couch and table. Sleeps 4 comfortably, could sleep up to 6 with a little effort. Queen with newer mattress up front, only about two years old, very clean. New hardwood floors three years ago. Clean for its age.

All LED lighting and it all works, including brake / turn / tail on camper as well as trailer.

Generator (Honda) beneath the dove tail, has remote start and remote 20 gal tank with a filler cap mounted on the deck. Remote start inside by kitchen.

Outside shower. It's a gooseneck ball adapter, can be removed to pull with fifth wheel if you prefer.

Also has secondary fresh water tanks mounted beneath, can hold an extra 160 gallons I think of fresh.

Two propane bottles and a track to hold batteries, has 2 standard batteries and a big commercial 4D deep cycle. Can run off batteries for a very long time.

Has pull out stairs which slide into and out of the frame. Stairs have LED solar lights to illuminate steps.

Two aluminum ramps which store under the dove tail for loading.

15' from back wall of camper to end of dove tail.

Issues: Previous owner hit something with the front left corner, it's been patched up and is water tight, but you can see it's been damaged. The AC plastic cover got ripped by some heavy winds and I haven't replaced it yet, I'll include a new cover. Fridge doesn't work, I've tracked down the "motherboard" isn't pushing power through and just needs to be replaced, haven't looked into one enough to know replacement cost. Master bedroom window was broken and has been replaced by a solid sheet of lexan, just means you can't open it.

This has two heavy duty axles. The tires are all nearly new Load Range J (18 ply) rates at 6000 lbs each at 125 psi, put on last year at $385 each. These last a long time and you won't have blow outs and flats. Matching spare mounted beneath the trailer.

This is an excellent setup and you will be very pleased. I have another kid on the way so we are changing gears a little and I'm going to a sundowner with a large slide out.

Located in Wyoming. Can deliver potentially depending on arrangements. Titled as RV, one title as it's permanently affixed.

It's been cleaned out and winterized and is ready for a new home.
