Power and Reliability!
This YXZ was shipped new to Weller Racing in AZ for a complete build including engine blueprinting, featuring the very best internal parts they offer: Carillo rods, CP Pistons etc. No shortcuts, top dollar. It is turbocharged by Race Proven Motorsports, custom tuned on the dyno by Weller Racing via onboard Power Commander 5 with independent digital display. The engine has all upgraded parts available, including 1000cc injectors, Weller Fuel Pump kit, Graves Tensioner, large intercooler with 3 fans, plenum brackets, Throttle body secure bracket, manifold pressure gauge at the engine and adjustable wastegate. It was tuned at 260hp on 100 octane, but has been running exclusively on 110. Extra injectors are included. Can run on pump 91 with alternate tune at 220HP. The car was built with 100% reliability as the #1 priority and that was accomplished. It can handle much, much more with a simple turbo upgrade but the objective was durability.

The drivetrain has been highly upgraded to the Barnett Clutch system with Tubeworks clutch boss and Wiseco Basket. The driveline is upgraded to the Avenger CV system, eliminating the Yamaha geared coupler and the rear differential is secured with the Alba bearing support and bearing housing brace, making this drivetrain as beefy as possible.
The car features a 3.5” Fireball long travel with Demon X-treme axles and CV’s. The suspension is custom tuned by Weller Racing to mate the long travel to their King of Hammers internal valving, completed with Eibach Springs to bring the car into perfect handling for desert and dunes. Stopping power is improved with Speedline steel braded brake lines and RD pads.
Additional handling improvements include the Hess Aluminum shock tower brace, moving the front shocks outboard for more vertical leverage and Hexagon HD tie rods with Kombustion adjustable links. Rear Swaybar Clamps by Weller included.
Safety improvements include a Lone Star Racing custom full desert racing cage with front and rear bumpers, full aluminum roof and the rear cage is tied into the lower frame, yet fully removeable (one-of-a-kind). PRP seats with lumbar bladder support are a huge improvement over stock seats and the 3” ProArmor belts secure the driver and passenger for a safe driving experience.
This car has never left me stranded and has never broken a single part while being the fastest UTV in the dunes for years. It has always run at top performance with no overheating, no burned clutches, no loss in performance, ever! It has simply been the most reliable UTV in our large group and is far more powerful than any stock car of any brand out there. It is a duners dream car.
