Newer tires, 10ply Gladiators put on about 16 months ago, 2500 miles tops. Full size spare. 100 gallon freshwater tank, 40 gallon fuel station. Leveling jacks at all 4 corners. Comes with portable 3500 watt super quiet generator, approximately 145 hours, runs like a champ. AC blows ice cubes, heater works great, electric & gas fridge and freezer work great, microwave/oven/stove works great. Stereo with upgraded Fosgate speakers. Electric awning works great, push button to deploy and retract. Fresh/Grey/Black water monitor. Electric & gas water heater works zero issues. Dual 7 gallon propane tanks. Big solar panel on roof charges battery. Roof in excellent condition. Zero leaks. Top vents have been replaced. Tinted windows. Front bed with new mattress. Rear electric bunk bed. Couch folds up against wall or folds out to make a bed. 2 chairs, small table and larger table included. Shower pan is excellent no leaks. Rare smaller toybox that can be towed with a half ton gas truck/SUV no problem. 2 seat UTV fits inside. All interior and exterior lights work, including exterior LED strip under awning. Trailer has been well taken care of and only has a few minor cosmetic blemishes from previous owner(I am the second owner).Trailer is well maintained and clean inside(not a frat/party trailer lol).
