Reduced, 2013 AEV Brute Double Cab, 6.4l hemi, UD60s, 40s

I am the second owner and have owned since 2018. When I purchased the truck it had just under 70k miles and it shows 114k currently however you will see below the only items with that mileage are the tcase and body.

It has been an awesome truck for us and I’m sure I’ll regret selling it but someone should enjoy it. Would drive it to Alaska tomorrow without question. It has been heavily modified to solve some of the small annoyances and make the vehicle work better for day to day overland and Offroad use.

Specs are as follows.

•2013 Jeep JKU converted to a Brute Double Cab by AEV when new. Was sold new from a dealer here in NM as a Brute with the 6.4 as factory. It is a Rubicon as well

Under hood…..
•Power plant is a 6.4l Hemi with intake, magnaflow exhaust, and a tune. Motor was replaced under an extended warrantee at 67k miles due to a dropped oil ring in cyl 7 that smoked the cyl.
•Ron Davis radiator
•PSC hydro assist with box, pump and cooler
•AEV hemi snorkel but air box hasn’t been completely sealed, snorkel was for cold air but I can complete the box if needed.
•Brake master and booster replaced with the axles to match the bigger brakes
•5 speed automatic replaced at 67k miles with a factory new when motor was replaced.
•Rubicon T case with oil changed in last 20k miles.
•Tom woods front drive shaft.[
•Tom woods one piece conversion 1350 drive shaft with crossmember. No carrier bearing, much better than stock.

Underneath…..
•Dana Ultimate Dana 60s with 4.88 gears and E lockers, wired to switch panel to allow for lockers in any gear or speed. Tubes welded and all brackets gusseted to prevent some of the failures that HP seem to show. Locking warn hubs and 35 spline axles
•synergy Tie rod
•Frame side track bar brace.
•Teraflex adjustable links throuought
•RE track and panhard
•RE coils with approx 5” front and 4” rear to sit level. Rear has overload air bags inside of the coils to tow with.
•metal Cloak geometry correction brackets allowing for stable driving with none of the draw backs of long arms with the long WB.
•Fox 2” nitrogen bump stops on all 4 corners
•Fox 2.5” DSC remote Res shocks on all 4 corners, valved for the weight of the truck, very planted and handles well all around.
•5 raceline wheels 8x6.5” (clean but have seen Offroad)
•5 pro comp MT 40x13.5x17s installed middle of 2022
•dual battery with one under the hood and one under the bed with relay solenoid to separate.
•Viair on board air system with 2 compressors and tank mounted underneath.
•Evap can moved above tank under the bed.
•Magnaflow exhaust with cats (nice tone throughout) no drone

Exterior…..
•PSC aluminum fenders powdercoated black and fit to 40s
•Rock Slide engineering AEV Brute DC slider steps, was the last pair in the country I could find being they stopped making them in 2017 I believe. New motors installed last year but they don’t always go back up depending on ambient temp. Sliders have rock rash on corners, and under but all function.
•Custom skid plates under the motor, trans, t case.
•Custom front bumper with frame chop to clear everythping better. Disco sway bar removed but front bar is not needed even towing a small trailer.
•custom rear bumper with frame chop as well. High Clearance with hitch, tow points, reverse lights, made to protect the bed but not hang up on everything.
•Warn 9500lb winch built into front bumper, bumper has light tabs and is wired for lights but not installed.
•Truck bed has poly mounts and sandwiched mounts with tube inside the bed to reinforce vertically. I had a camper shell and then a flip pack mounted on the truck and wanted to make sure the bed could handle it long term. Flip pack and shell are sold.
•Truck bed has bed stiffeners at the tailgate
•Brute tailgate included
•Truck currently has a custom tailgate swing out with a removable tire carrier, and flip down table. It is stout to hold the 40” tire but modular to allow multiple configurations. Tire carrier mount has 2” hitch in the center for a bike rack or propane tank mount.
•bed has a Decked system from a 5’ bed Tacoma that was modified to fit, it is removable but worked well for us. Uses all Decked products still. The fuel filler is the only location the decked was modified.
•Top was replaced by AEV in 2019 under warrantee due to the OE cracking. It was bedlined inside and painted white to match.
•50” ridged light bar over window.
•AEV heat reduction hood with center blacked out by my painter.
•Custom rhino rack roof rack bolted/clamped on. Uses all Rhino rack accessories but we used it to haul kayaks. Easy to strap to and holds my 185lbs standing on it no issue.
•Rear cab mounts are prone to blowing through the body from factory, this was rebuilt and the sliders now prevent it from happening again.

Interior……
•black leather interior with AEV logo
•heated seats, only one small crack on drivers seat side facing the door. Not on a surface
•clean carpets with Weathertech floor mats
never smoked in
•factory shifter with tap shift
•dead pedal
•power windows and door locks
•AEV gauges
•Alpine Restyle replacement radio
•focal Speakers throughout the truck, one of the best stereos I have owned.
•Alpine amp under pass seat
•Alpine 10” sub with box behind rear seat
•Ram mount on pass side for IPad mount
•40/ seat removed and Fridge platform in place for 53l ARB or other fridge. Storage under the fridge, car seat tie down as well, allowing for a car seat to run in the center still. 40 seat included(stored in plastic)
•rear cab sound deadened as this makes noise on most of these trucks.

I know I am missing stuff but this is what I can remember.
I have the OE window sticker listing the 125k approx asking price when new. It came with the 6.4 and dynatrac 44/60 combo. These we removed at just under 90k miles and replaced with the UD60s. All oil has been replaced with Amsoil, motor has run amsoil per the spec since it was installed at the dealer.

The truck may show 114k but everything was replaced less than 50k miles ago. Truck is driven at least a few times a week, and has towed a few smaller expedition trailers in its life. The alpine radio has a the maestro module allowing you to monitor temps and clear codes should they arise. I cannot remember exactly but it makes something around 375-385HP at the tire with the 40s. Garage Kept its whole life and adult owned.

I have my eye on a new rig for the family and considering selling this due to how little it gets used. I will also sell our 2020 Black Series C12 if we go through with the change, but I’ll make a listing for that when ready

Asking $67,000 obo with all spare and various items for the truck. Clean and clear NM title in my safe. Not sure on price but let me know what you all think.
