The camper is a 2006 lance (I’ll get the model soon). The trailer is a 2023 sky trailers gooseneck with Triple 7k axles.
The deck is 32ft with a 7th neck.
Trailer is solid got it last summer. Tires are still in great condition with a spare Has just under 20ft of storage behind the camper made to haul a full size truck if wanted.
Has a dry bath with a separate shower and toilet which is a huge plus
Queen size bed up front and the dinette can make into a bed
Bypassed the lance freshwater tank and added a 100 gallon tank under the trailer. With a new water pump. Just did 10 days in glamis with two people taking a shower every day and still had plenty of water leftover.
The camper has no leaks and everything works as should. ac, sinks, shower, water heater, fridge, heater.
Has a small solar panel on roof to keep batteries charged when camping.
Camper has an onboard propane generator but in my opinion it’s loud and is sometimes hard to start. I always have used a predator generator(very quiet)
I pulled the carpet off the stairs and haven’t had time to finish them. And still needs some baseboards around the entrance
Some of the curtains don’t hold themselves up after I took them off to be cleaned.
The door has a keyless entry lock but the door itself has some cracks in it but still shuts fine.

You’ll need a 2 5/16 ball in the bed. And a HD truck (half ton will NOT tow this)
I use a Chevy 3500 swr no air bags and doesn’t squat the truck
I love this set up but I only need to tow a sxs so I’m going to downsize.
