Las Vegas Based Sales Representative Battle Born Offroad is looking to expand its sales team with a sales representative that assists in growing our business primarily in the Las Vegas market and through e-commerce. This role would be based out of the Las Vegas office and would report to the VP of Sales. The role would be in person and would have a Monday thru Friday work week from 830am to 5pm, with the opportunity for overtime throughout the year. This person would be someone who is self motivated, has extensive knowledge in aftermarket parts & accessories for trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, UTVs and offroad vehicles and has previous experience selling parts in the aftermarket space. They would be directly responsible for growing their customer base through walk in business, social media, cold calling, inbound calls and strategic marketing efforts to reach their sales goals. The right person will be one who embraces teamwork and be willing to form strong internal relationships as well as external to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Creating weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals, creating marketing strategies and devising sales tools to generate sales is required. The expected OTE for this position is $70k-110k. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 1 years in the automotive aftermarket industry • Minimum 3 years of sales experience • Knowledge of aftermarket parts and accessories related to the offroad field • Knowledge of trucks, SUV, cars and their components • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint • Ability to create sales goals and proven sales track record • High school Diploma or Equivalent • Clean driving record Preferred Qualifications: • Work experience in or around auto part sales (Dealership, parts store, etc) • Understanding of Shopify platform or similar POS software • Service writing or installation writing experience • Knowledge of the Facebook offroad groups, forums and community. • Experience handling inbound calls and customer service related activities • Understanding of Power-sports, offroad and other related products Your Background: • Using personal & vocational knowledge to overcome obstacles on the job • A background of employing optimal time management skills rendering remarkable results • Staying on-task in a sometimes chaotic environment when multitasking is required • Maintains a clear channel of communication with customers & associates, aligning with our core values • A valid driver’s license Full Time Benefits: • Paid Time Off (PTO) - Flex Paid Holidays • Employee Discounts • Company provided laptop • Weekly Pay (Bi Monthly Commissions)
