Flexible working hours are a must to attend racing events that involve the weekend.
Responsibilities:
*Research and develop content ideas that align with marketing and sales goals.
*Write, edit, and produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website.
*Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for both PSR and the PSR race team.
*Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design software and tools.
*Coordinate the production process from pre-production through post-production, ensuring high-quality output.
*Manage website updates, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.

RACE PREP JOB OVERVIEW:

Key Responsibilities:
* Race Prep: Ability to provide full race prep for UTV's. Experience with other race vehicles advantageous. (MUST be able to show references / 5 + years’ experience working with UTV’s].
Qualifications:
*Proficient in all facets of UTV PREP with extreme attention to detail. Fabrication, electrical, CAD, engine, drivetrain, sheet metal, shock tuning a plus.
* Suitable candidate must be experienced and have the desire to navigate in both USA and Mexican desert races and be passionate in the roll with a desire to win. There will also be support required for various other motorsport events. A dedication to the role and motorsports is required.
* Navigation skills using GPS, maps, race notes.
* Proficient in chase support and pit crew logistics.
* Physically fit and able to navigate longer events.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*Desire to work within a team and do what is necessary in the race team to win.
* Must be flexible in the role and be able to provide support and work within the business. This includes but not limited to Installation of automotive and UTV product for customers cars, workshop assistance in other areas. The role is prep and race based but at times will be required to work in other departments.
