Key Responsibilities: * Race Prep: Ability to provide full race prep for UTV's and full size race vehicles. MUST be able to contact references and show 3 + years’ experience working within the race industry. Qualifications: *Proficient in all facets of UTV PREP with extreme attention to detail. Fabrication, electrical, CAD, engine, drivetrain, sheet metal, shock tuning a plus. * Navigation skills using GPS, maps, race notes. * Proficient in chase support and pit crew logistics. * Physically fit. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. *Desire to work within a team and do what is necessary to win. * Must be flexible in the role and be able to provide support and work within an automotive business. This includes but not limited to Installation of product for customers cars, workshop assistance in other areas. The role is prep and race based but at times will be required to work in other departments. Role is salary based and range depends on experience. Starting at 80K PA APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS.
