Facilities & Maintenance Specialist

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Description

Private investment company is looking for a full-time or part-time Facilities & Maintenance Specialist.

The company owns and operates numerous commercial buildings located in the Redlands, San Bernardino, and Riverside area. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in some or all of the following: plumbing, electrical, painting, and light construction. Mechanical (auto, equipment) experience or knowledge would be a big plus.

Basic Job Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Current Driver's License in good standing

· Handyman/Construction Experience: 3 years minimum

· Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, general construction. Mechanical knowledge would be a plus.

· Good communication and people skills

· Basic computer or mobile device skills

Local Candidates Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Position Benefit: A company work truck will be provided as part of the position.

· Day shift

· Evening shift

· Night shift

· Weekends as needed
