We've finished exploring the Pacific Northwest and are relocating back to SoCal. This RV was a nice upgrade from our Seattle Studio and is nearly unchanged apart from an added full size mirror and cellular internet router with external antenna. We'll be taking it into a dealer shortly for a couple recalls [typical with any such purchase when new]. We have cared for it meticulously and it will be ready for its next owner.

Compared to more traditional toy haulers, this layout places the living room high up on the fifth wheel giving you views and a much more natural feel. Open both the hide-a-beds and you get a nearly seamless 14 foot long bed. Many other toy haulers keep the bed up over the fifth wheel and reduces the living space to a small and awkward shape. In this unit the bedroom is also raised giving the impression of forward and aft "wings" of the home.

Compared to the new model year this has a better kitchen layout as the new ones have lost the pantry with sliding drawers and have questionable pallet choices [in our opinion]. Another thing to consider if you are new to RV's is the first year of a new one will involve discovering some bugs, and while this unit has been good to us we will be taking it in for this work soon. So once you pick it up it will be ready to be enjoyed.
