This is a very special and unique coach, and it took us quite a while to find it. We’ve owned it for the past 4 years and it has been amazing to our family. It’s easy to drive, tows excellent and is super comfortable. However, our family’s lifestyle and our needs have changed and regrettably it’s time to move on.

Box is 30' Rear Bedroom Conversion. 6 New Tires March of 2021. Four new 6V Lifeline batteries May of 2022. Custom full body paint. 8KW Onan Diesel Generator. 2-Slides. Outdoor Entertainment Center w/TV & Speaker Bar/Subwoofer Combo. Overall length of coach is just over 41’. Air ride leather captains’ chairs in the cab.

The spacious interior features a main living area with large “Super slide out”, full kitchen, Double Stainless Sink, 17cu Ft residential Fridge with Ice Maker, Convection Microwave Oven, 3-Burner Gas Cooktop, two removeable tables & seating for 8-10 people. Very large bunk over cab. Leather couch is electrically lowered and raised to make a huge bed. The walk-through bathroom features a full-size walk-in shower, toilet, vanity & lots of storage cabinets. The rear bedroom features another slide out with Queen Size Bed, entertainment area with Samsung TV and DVD player, and the bedroom is loaded with storage cabinets. Coach was custom built to be 6” taller on interior with double insulation walls, thermal pane windows and double black out window shades. These features make for a very quiet and temperature-maintained interior during all seasons. All interior cabinetry is beautiful cherry-stained solid oak. Tons of cabinet storage throughout the coach including a pantry with slide out shelves, entertainment center and linen closet. Strip lighting and LED fixtures throughout. Surround sound stereo A/V system sounds amazing. 2800-watt inverter provides plenty of AC power when not connected to shore.

Outside of the coach features an outdoor entertainment center with TV & Soundbar/Subwoofer Combo. It also has a Dometic Cool Freeze Electric freezer/cooler to keep your drinks cold, and handy, or food frozen. Coach has two large roof air conditioners ducted throughout that will keep the interior any temperature that you ask for in heat of summer and a 40KBTU LP furnace to keep the coach warm in the winter. The passenger side of the coach has a 22' CareFree 110V Electric Awning with built in wind sensors. Has 150 Gallons of Fresh Water, 31-gallon LP tank with quick connects and large black and grey tanks. Both holding tanks are heated. 100 Gallon fuel tank. 2 stage engine brake makes towing effortless. Tons of exterior compartment storage, rear has very large pass through. Bigfoot auto leveling jack system. Solar charging system.
