Brand new build!!! Originally built at SVC in California in 2022. 6.2L Ford motor blew up on initial road test at SVC, truck never saw the off road. Decided to do a LS3/4L80E two wheel drive conversion. Motor/trans modifications done at T-Zero Racing as well as the steering modifications and multiple improvements to the roll cage that was build at SVC. Build specs below as well as the list of items to be completed. Divorce stalled build. • Fiberglass – o Gen 2 Glass, Long Nose. Gen 2 lights, black out with Demon Eye, 40” Baja designs Light Bar o $10,000 paint job. Color - Magnetic Metallic from 2017 F-350. • Frame – Factory to rear bulkhead. Full roll cage. • $30,000 Motor – 600HP LS motor from Danzio Racing. “Jones” prerunner motor. Has ECU • $8,000 Transmission – Culhane 4L80E , Full manual valve body • Steering – Kibbe Tech – Billet Swing set with custom install from T-Zero Racing. • Rear end – 9” custom built. Needs gears changed to 4.55 for LS motor • E-brake – Hydro handle by “Nameless” • Rims – Innov8 racing forged wheels anodized black. • Brakes – Alcon 6 piston front, 4 piston rears. • Fire suppression – Fire sense • Doors open and close like butter. • Interior o No drivers seat (removed for other race car). Has passenger and rear seats. o New carpet o Dash pieces in a box need installed. o Has Half wrap headliner on roll cage roof with suede. Looks sweet. • Suspension o Front: SVC Luxury PreRunner Long Travel. 4.0 Fox Bypass with Fox bump stops, Fox coil overs. Limited at 18” travel o Rear: Fox coilovers 3.0x16, Fox Bypass 4.4x18, Fox bump stops. Limited at 24” travel. • Fuel Cell o Harmon 60 Gallon race cell, Ford sending unit and fuel pump. • On board Tool box • Two on board air compressors • Dual yellow top Optima batteries. • Factory AC condenser. AC pump. • Aluminum radiator/trans cooler Wasn’t big enough for the Factory motor/trans on testing. • 300A single alternator • Set up for ARB refer. Needs completed • Driveline with carrier bearing. • New rear gears to match new drive train • Needs steering plumbed • Needs AC plumbed • Radiator plumbed • Wiring to front clip hooked back up. • Headers, full exhaust • Fuel delivery system hooked up. Has injectors and fuel rails, fuel pump. • Install supplied ECU for new LS motor. • Purchase and install controller for the LS motor, originally wanted to integrate the LS into the Ford dash but that’s where project stalled at.
