This trailer is in good shape does have working fridge,microwave,oven/stove. Does have working A/C and electric heater. Lots of storage under neath trailer and inside. Queen size bed with closet, shower, rest room and pull out coach that converts to a bed. Does have plumbing for washer and dryer. Water heater works just turn it on 10-15 minutes before use and you will have warm water. Comes with tires covers tires still have good thread on them. Does have 2 propane tanks that are full.
