1967 C20 on a 2001 1500 Silverado chassis. 5.3L V8, 5spd manual, 2WD. Body swap project originally from WA state. Been building on the side as a useable daily and/or marketing work truck. Shifting focus to a family size cruiser, need the space. Firewall, floors, interior and everything underneath is a reg. cab shortbed 2001 Silverado. Body is a 1967 Chevy C20, originally a longbed it was shortened to fit the frame. Titled as a 1967. I don't have much history on either truck as they were already mated when I got it. Best thing about a swap like this is all powertrain, driveline, suspension and brake components are available at local dealerships. Fresh front and rear 5"/4" Rough Country suspension lift, running 35' Toyo Open country M/T's on 17" Fuel wheels, factory 4-wheel disc brakes, flowmaster muffler, LED headlights and taillights, buffed and coated with Sweet Patina oil. Bed was beautifully welded, custom front bumper, original dealership rear bumper, factory fuel door has been patched and a vintage military gas can is mounted in the bed, piping directly into the stock 2001 fuel tank, (26gal.). Could use door rubbers and dynamat/sound deadening. Had plans for a full dash swap and classic bench seat conversion, but she's usable as-is. Factory gauge cluster needs to be dealer programmed to function, my plan was to install a tri-5 dash & cluster instead. Would look absolutely killer on white steel wheels with dogdish caps and a vintage style company logo on the door. Use it as a marketing write-off. Park it in front of your business and run errands around town with it. Shoot me trades, interested in all things classic and cool. May consider an FJ60/62, or pre-79 stuff. Cash is king Near South Austin, sold with the 1967 WA title and a bill of sale.
