I have a 50'X50' steel building that's nicely set up with two twin post and one four post lift, overhead hoist, three phase power and most of the automotive tools you'd expect. I'm an off-road guy a thought this would be a good opportunity for a fabricator/prep shop. Secure & located on the west side of town, right off the loop 101, 11 minutes from the Fodrill Motorsports retail shop.

The shop space rate is negotiable based on your needs.

Chase Trucks, Trailers, PreRunner & Race Cars shipped back to the border.
Race Teams: not wanting to drive back to the border after the NORRA or Baja 1000. We can transport your race trucks or vehicles back. We can also drive your chase truck & trailers. While you relax in La Paz or Los Cabos. Then we meet you at the Tijuana airport.
Race Teams: broken down on the way. We can pickup your vehicle & get back to the border for you.
Excursions or PreRunning: We can take your entire group back to the border on 2 auto carries (Tijuana, Tecate or Mexicali)

Baja Delivery Services: we transport vehicles via auto carrier & drive away (personal driving)
Typical route is Tijuana to Los Cabos or Los Cabos to Tijuana
We pickup & delivery across the USA & Mexico
Mexico prices with the BEST service moving over 300 vehicles a year (as low as 12,000 pesos)
